The UPC 3000 system has a microprocessor and three sensors, allowing total and immediate control of the cleaning parameters on ultrasonic lines. Thanks to this it ensures you are constantly in control of the quality, time and the overall cleaning process. Measurement of the conductivity and concentration of detergent baths:
  • Measurement range: 1 μS/cm to 2 S/cm
  • Shows concentration % (+/-0.1 % of the value measured)
Measurement of EDI conductivity:
  • Measurement range: 0.001 μS/cm to 200 μS/cm
  • Shows concentration in μS/cm (+/-0.1 % of the value measured)
Measurement of ultrasonic power:
  • Measurement range: 0 to 40 Watt/l
  • Showed in Watt/l (+/- 5 units)
