To ensure the optimum cleaning process for specific contaminants and materials, Kemet have established strategic partnerships with world leading companies in ultrasonic cleaners, spray washing, aqueous based cleaner fluids and water treatment. Together, we have developed a comprehensive range of products and processes that cover most applications, but, if necessary, we will research and develop a bespoke cleaning process for a specific challenge.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment
Kemet are distributors of the globally acclaimed ultrasonic cleaner systems specialists, Finnsonic Oy. Ultrasonic mould cleaners, suits perfectly for plastic, rubber and die cast moulds and tools. Spray washers available for cleaning large parts quickly.
All of our systems are designed for use with aqueous detergents, which are more environmentally acceptable than solvents. Aqueous fluids also produce stronger ultrasonic cavitation action than solvents. Kemet is the UK distributor for NGL fluids, which gives us access to over 400 solutions including waste treatment. FOC cleaner fluid trials can be arranged to find the perfect solution.
We can provide test facilities and demonstrations for customers' components together with reports and recommendations to ensure that you have the right cleaning package. We have the knowledge and experience to offer you the correct Ultrasonic machine.
Samples are evaluated free-of-charge & ultrasonic cleaner reports are issued covering all aspects of the process & the likely consumable costs involved.
We provide a complete technical support programme as part of our package. Our ultrasonic cleaning technical team are always on hand to offer advice and assistance.
